Book Submissions
You must query first for book submissions. If you are new at this, there are many good books and websites that will help you understand how to formulate your letter.  We have a link below with suggestions of books and/or articles that you may find helpful. They are available for sale The LeRue Press bookstore (just type in "query letter" or the author's name).

Queries may be sent three ways:

1. Online here
2. Via e-mail to custserv@leruepress.com. Your query letter should be included in the body of the e-mail. Include "Query Letter" in the subject line. Attachments are unacceptable due to the volumes of spam we receive.
3. Mail to:

Article Submissions
Please query first. We do have a call for writers. To break in, read the guidelines and submit a "history of" so our editors may get to know you and read a sample of your writing.

Framed Poetry
     If you would like your poetry considered for our framed poetry selections, please follow our poetry submission guidelines. Be sure you type the poem the way you would like to see it printed on the photograph. There is no payment for inclusion on the site; you are paid as we sell the photo and your poem combined.

Other Submissions/Information

Photographs
     Please submit your photos in jpeg format. We are a family site. Please be 
   considerate that we may have children viewing these photos.

Other Information
  Occasionally, we will request manuscripts on specific topics. You will see a link on the menu bar when we are open to reviewing new material without a query letter first. Check out Writer's Opportunities

We respond to every e-mail and snail mail submission. However, be sure to read the submission guidelines for general submissions and poetry submissions before sending in your manuscript or poem.
